FARMHOUSE RENTAL FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS
The first floor of the farmhouse and the grounds are available to the public for rental. Over the years, the farm has hosted numerous birthday parties, weddings, and anniversaries.
The Farmhouse offers two spacious rooms, a restroom, plus a fully outfitted kitchen.
Rental Rates:
| Half-Day event (House/ grounds are used for up to 4 hours) |

| Full-Day event (House/ grounds are used for >4 hours on a given day |

| Two-Day event (Usually for a wedding or other ceremony that requires set-up the day before the event itself) |
$125 |
| Damage Deposit (Refundable if the house/grounds are left in the original condition) |
$35 |
(Note that the Farmhouse is a non-smoking facility, and as a town park,
alcohol may not be consumed on the premises.)
